What are the quiet hours at the resort?
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask that you keep noise levels down so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.
Are there additional fees or policies I should be aware of?
Yes, please note there are fees for extra vehicles and a $50 refundable holding fee for RV firesticks. We also have policies regarding smoking and conduct to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
Is the resort pet-friendly?
Yes, RV guests can bring up to 2 pets that must stay leashed. Cottage guests can bring one small dog (25 lbs and under) in a designated cottage with approval. Please review our pet policy before booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
For cancellations made 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a full refund minus fees. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Please check our full policy for more details.

Fishing is allowed from the breakwall on the Bay-side, but you'll need a fishing license as required by Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Make sure you're prepared before heading out.

What should I do if I arrive late?
If you're arriving after 6:00 PM, please call us at 419-502-2555 to arrange for entry. Without prior notification, your site may be made available for other guests.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in times vary by accommodation: RV sites check-in from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and cottages check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out for both is at 11:00 AM. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
What common areas can guests access?
Guests can enjoy the resort's pool and clubhouse, as well as picnic and recreational areas. Just remember that no pets are allowed in the pool area, so keep your furry friends nearby but out of the water.
