To modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep in mind our cancellation policy, which allows changes up to a certain date depending on your check-in time.
What is the cancellation policy?
For cancellations made 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a full refund minus fees. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Please check our full policy for more details.

Check-in times vary by accommodation: RV sites check-in from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and cottages check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out for both is at 11:00 AM. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

If you're arriving after 6:00 PM, please call us at 419-502-2555 to arrange for entry. Without prior notification, your site may be made available for other guests.

Each reservation includes one parking space at your site. Additional vehicles will incur a fee and must park in designated areas. Please contact us for specific parking options for boats or trailers.
What are the quiet hours at the resort?
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask that you keep noise levels down so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

Is fishing allowed at the resort?
Fishing is allowed from the breakwall on the Bay-side, but you'll need a fishing license as required by Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Make sure you're prepared before heading out.

Yes, RV guests can bring up to 2 pets that must stay leashed. Cottage #29 guests can bring one small dog (25 lbs and under) in a designated cottage with approval. Please review our pet policy before booking.
